Covid-19 Update

Oates Welding Services will remain open to provide goods and services to our loyal customers that supply critical infrastructure public works and that fall under the permitted industry category of the Victorian Chief Health Officer’s Restrictions Guidelines.

We ask that where possible orders are placed via our online store, the enquiry form below, email or over the phone so your supplies are ready for your collection. Alternatively, we can offer contactless delivery on certain items.

To ensure the safety of staff, customers and the community we will operate under strict COVID-19 Safe Plan Guidelines.

1. All trade customers can access in store trading. General public will only be serviced through pre-order method.
2. All customers will be required to wear face mask/covering upon entry to our showroom and workshop.
3. All customers will be required to sanitise their hands up on entry to our showroom and workshop.
4. All customers will be required to provide their name and contact details on entry.
5. All staff and customers are to ensure 1.5m social distancing is followed.
6. Oates Welding Services ensure that all high touch areas are regularly sanitised throughout the day.
7. We ask that anyone displaying COVID-19 symptoms not attend our premises AND seeks medical advice.
